Forest Department maintains forest nursery in every upazila. At upazila level the nursery is managed by Social Forestry Plantation Centers (SFPC) under the control of the Social Forestry Nursery & Training Centers (SFNTC) at district level. The nurseries produce quality seedlings of forest species for plantation, distribution and sale.
